According to Presidential decrees of Ukraine of 09.12.2010 No. 1085 "About optimization of system of the central executive bodies" and of 31.05.2011 No. 634 "About the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine" and the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of 30.06.2011 No. 26 "About structure of central office of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine" I ORDER:
1. Make such changes:
1.1. Item 3 of the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of 17.04.2000 No. 52 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for application to subjects of foreign economic activity of Ukraine and foreign business entities of special sanctions, the stipulated in Article 37 Laws of Ukraine "About foreign economic activity", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 05.05.2000 for No. 260/4481 (with changes) to state in such edition:
"3. Determine that orders of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine concerning application (cancellation, change of type, action suspension) special sanctions, the stipulated in Article 37 Laws of Ukraine "About foreign economic activity", the First Deputy Minister, the deputy minister - the chief of staff and the deputy minister according to distribution of obligations have the right to sign.".
