About determination of criteria for evaluation of solvency of subjects of managing

For the purpose of ensuring single methodical approach to assessment of solvency of subjects of managing, timely detection of instability of their financial condition and according to article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" and article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 2012 "About economic insolvency (bankruptcy)" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. As indicators for assessment of solvency of subjects of managing * to use the following coefficients (further – solvency ratios):

the coefficient of current liquidity characterizing general security of the subject of managing with current assets for repayment of short-term obligations;

the coefficient of security with own current assets characterizing availability at the subject of managing of own current assets necessary for its financial stability;

the coefficient of security of obligations with assets characterizing capability of the subject of managing to be calculated according to the obligations.

* Subjects of managing for the purposes of this resolution are understood as the state and non-state legal entities (except state-financed, insurance companies, banks and the non-bank credit and financial organizations, associations and the unions, the state companies), their separate divisions having separate balance, individual entrepreneurs.
