About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning provision of the government public assistance to needy families and disabled people

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About the government public assistance to needy families" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, N 35, Art. 290; 2002, N 50, Art. 367; 2004 N 5, Art. 25; 2009, N 16, Art. 222):

The paragraph third to state 1) to part three of Article 4 in the following edition:

"Certificate of family composition. The family composition joins the husband, the wife, the family adopted and wards children of these persons aged up to eighteen years, and also the children studying on day form of education in the professional, higher educational institutions I-IV of levels of accreditation before achievement of twenty three years also have no own families; the unmarried full age children recognized as disabled people since the childhood of I and II groups or disabled people of the I group also live together with parents disabled parents of the husband and the wife who live together with them and are on their content due to the lack of own income; person living together with the lonely disabled person of the I group also performs care of it; the woman and the man who live one family are not married, but have general children.
