ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

About change and recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

(as amended on 09-03-2021)

Due to the adoption of the Federal Law "About Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation in connection with Enhancement of Legal Status of the Public (Municipal) Institutions" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Recognize invalid acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

3. This Resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2011, except for provisions of the subitem "g", and also paragraphs of the third and fifth - the ninth subitem "e" of Item 25 of the changes approved by this Resolution which become effective since January 1, 2012.
