About establishment of standard rates of the required reserves deposited in National Bank (reserve requirements)

Based on the paragraph of the fifth of part one of Article 31 and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish for banks and the non-bank credit and financial organizations the following standard rates of the required reserves deposited in National Bank (reserve requirements):

from the raised funds of physical persons in Belarusian rubles – 4 percent;

from the raised funds of legal entities in Belarusian rubles – 4 percent;

from the raised funds in foreign currency – 20 percent.

2. Establish the standard rate of the fixed part of reserve requirements in the amount of 10 percent.

3. Recognize invalid:
