1. Create permanent Council for questions of legal and judicial activities in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus.

2. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on Council for questions of legal and judicial activities in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus;

structure of Council for questions of legal and judicial activities in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus.

3. Recognize invalid separate decrees and provisions of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
