1. Approve the Qualifier of the units of measure and accounting used when filling columns of the cargo customs declaration which is applied.

2. Add the list of qualifiers which are used when filling columns of customs declarations, approved by the order of State Customs Service of Ukraine of 15.02.2011 No. 107 (with changes), new line of such content:
