According to the procedure of determination of the size of losses from plunder, shortage, destruction (spoil) of material values, No. 116 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 22, 1996 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 6, the Art. 192, No. 17, Art. 464; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 4, page 29, number 51, page 27; 2009, No. 101, Art. 3526):
Item 2 to state 1) in such edition:
"2. The size of losses from plunder, shortage, destruction (spoil) of material values is determined by carrying out independent assessment according to national standards of assessment. In case of determination of the size of losses which led to drawing property damage to the state to territorial society or the subject of managing with the state (utility) share in the authorized (share) capital, the size of losses is determined according to technique of assessment of property approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.";
