1. Make change to Item 1.4 of the Regulations on the State register of printing mass media and news agencies as subjects of information activities, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the order of 21.06.2007 No. 412/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 21.06.2007 for No. 689/13956 (with changes), having stated it in such edition:
"1.4. The registrar Reestra (further - the Registrar) - the Public registration service of Ukraine and structural divisions of head departments of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol which provide realization of powers of Ukrgosreestr.".
2. (Zerkal O. V.) to submit to department of interaction with authorities this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 03.10.92 No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" (with changes).
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
