About creation of Council of experts in the field of trade

For the purpose of accomplishment of the obligations undertaken by the Government of the Republic of Moldova in the course of the accession to the World Trade Organization (further - the WTO) and implementation of measures for improvement of situation in the field of trade, and also for complete use of the benefits offered by world system of trade, the Government of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES:

1. Form Council of experts in the field of trade with the status of governmental consultative body for the purpose of carrying out trade policy according to obligations of the Republic of Moldova to the WTO.

2. Approve:

The charter of Council of experts in the field of trade according to appendix No. 1;

staff of Council of experts in the field of trade according to appendix No. 2.

3. Determine that in case of release of members of the specified Council from the held state positions their duties are fulfilled by persons who are again designated on the corresponding posts without edition of other order of the Government.

If one of members of council cannot participate in its meetings, the body provided in Council designates other person, in advance notifying on it the secretariat of Council.

4. The members of council designated by asterisk participate in meetings of Council without fail only in case of discussion of the questions connected with activities of the body represented by them.
