The industry ministry and trade of the Republic of Moldova (further - the ministry) is the central industry body of public management performing implementation of strategic directions of single state industrial policy, carrying out the economic reforms regulated by the state in the field of the industry and trade.

2. The ministry in the activities is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, the laws of the Republic of Moldova, resolutions of Parliament, presidential decrees of the Republic of Moldova, resolutions and orders of the Government, other regulations, and also this provision.
