About measures for improvement of financial and economic provision of the cereal-receiving companies

Art. 1. - Write off the debts of the cereal-receiving companies to the Ministry of Finance in the amount of 62,2 of one million lei formed as a result of difference between purchase prices on the grain acquired at the expense of the external credits granted within the PL-480, Program and the prices in the domestic market at the time of acceptance according to appendix 1.

Art. 2. - To the Ministry of Finance on the date of entry into force of this law to make recalculation in national currency of the external credits granted within the PL-480, Program used by the cereal-receiving companies specified in appendix 2, on the official rate of Moldovan leu in relation to the US dollar established by National Bank of Moldova for date of import of bakery products. In case of recalculation of the amount of external credits of national currency the interest rate in the amount of 10 annual interest rates since the moment of acceptance of bakery products is applied to the companies to which percent were added (from January 1, 1997 to day of entry into force of this law). Concerning the companies at which as a result of recalculation of external credit in national currency the negative balance is formed obligations of the parties are considered as executed.

Art. 3. - Refrigerate till December 31, 2010 the amount of debts on the percent added on external credits and not paid by the cereal-receiving companies specified in appendix 2, before the Ministry of Finance as of day of entry into force of this law with payment by installments of their payment by equal shares from January 1 to December 31, 2011.
