About approval of the State program on development of wine growing in the Azerbaijan Republic in 2012-2020
Being guided by Item 3 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of development of wine growing in the country, increases in profitability and the export potential of the agrarian sphere, I decide increases in material wealth of rural population:
1. Approve the State program on development of wine growing in the Azerbaijan Republic in 2012-2020 it (is applied).
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic together with corresponding central and local executive bodies to take necessary measures for ensuring execution of the State program approved by part of 1 this Order.
3. To the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic together with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Azerbaijan Republic to coordinate implementation of the measures provided by the State program approved by part of 1 this Order and once a year to inform the President of the Azerbaijan Republic on the course of its execution.
