For the purpose of implementation of the state control of external economic activity, enhancement of the mechanism of regulation of export and import the Government of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES:

1. Approve:   

Regulations on creation and activities of the companies with foreign investments which authorized capital includes state-owned property, according to the appendix N 3;

8. In case of non-compliance with fixed terms of repatriation of goods export-import transactions are prohibited before debt repayment. The basis for implementation of export-import transactions is the certificate granted to business entity by the State Tax Administration.

15. Products of gardening, vegetable growing and wine growing which are grown up on individual sites of physical persons and also products received in the form of naturoplata or according to leases can be exported by physical persons only direct declaring on customs clearance stations of crossing of border of the Republic of Moldova.

In case of execution of customs papers physical persons represent:

a) in case to the selskokhozyaystveena products and other perishable goods are acquired at legal entities, - the document confirming amount (quantity) of products and introduction of the corresponding payments;

b) in case these products come from individual farms or are acquired according to leases - the certificate issued by authorized bodies (primeriya at the place of residence of the exporter, peasant economy, etc.), confirming origin.

In both cases the payment for registration of customs procedures is made at the rates established by the current legislation.
