1. Approve:

The list of the bodies of the public power falling under operation of the Law on the state position and the status of the government employee (appendix No. 1) No. 158-XVI of July 4, 2008 and the Law on approval of the Single qualifier of the state positions No. 155 of July 21, 2011, according to appendix No. 1;

Regulations of creation of structural divisions of bodies of the public power according to appendix No. 2.

2. To bodies of the public power:

a) review and, if necessary, to provide to competent authorities of the offer on modification and/or amendments to the regulatory base regulating activities of body of the public power according to Sections: functions, obligations and structure of body of the public power, the name of positions and category of the personnel working in body of the public power, the name of positions and procedure for position assignment of heads and deputy managers of body of the public power for reduction in compliance with provisions of the current legislation;

b) execute designing of positions, and if necessary, review job descriptions, proceeding from functions, obligations, structure and extreme number of body of the public power;
