About modification and amendments in some regulations of National Bank of Moldova

Based on Art. 5 of the item f) and Art. 11 of the Law No. 548-XIII of July 21, 1995 on National Bank of Moldova (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, Art. No. 56-57, 624), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova

1. In the Regulations about cash cards approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 62 of February 24, 2005. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 36-38, 124), with subsequent changes, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 711 of September 24, 2009, to make the following changes and additions:

1) In Item 1.2:

a) after the first paragraph to add with the concept "Calculating agent" of the following content:

"The calculating agent - the bank of the Republic of Moldova participating in payment system by means of cash cards which provides finality of calculations for the transactions in national currency performed by means of cash cards in the territory of the Republic of Moldova within this system according to the requirements established by the organizer of system and these Regulations.";
