1. Approve the Procedure of the state geological control which is applied.

2. Bring in criteria of distribution of subjects of managing on risk degree of their economic activity for the surrounding environment and frequency of implementation of the measures of the state supervision (control) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 2008 No. 212 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 23, the Art. 686), such changes:

The subitem 2 of Item 2 to add 1) with the paragraph of such content:

"it is connected with mining and geological studying of subsoil, including trial development of mineral deposits of nation-wide value.";

Item 3 to add 2) with subitem 3 of such content:

"3) the activities connected with geological studying of subsoil".

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

Procedure of the state geological control

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of carrying out the state geological control for the purpose of identification and prevention of violations of requirements of the legislation in the field of geological studying and rational use of subsoil.

2. The state geological control is exercised by Gosgeonedrami and her territorial authorities (further - bodies of the state geological control).
