Due to the adoption of law of Ukraine of 17.03.2011 No. 3164-VI "About modification of the Law of Ukraine "About government assistance to families with children" concerning payment of the help in case of the child's birth", the Tax code of Ukraine and according to the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 06.04.2011 No. 389, the Regulations on the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 31.05.2011 No. 634, we ORDER:

1. Approve Changes to the Technique of calculation of comprehensive income of family for all types of the public assistance approved by the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the State committee of statistics of Ukraine, the State committee of youth policy, sport and tourism of Ukraine of 15.11.2001 No. 486/202/524/455/3370, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice 07.02.2002 for No. 112/6400 (with changes) which are applied.

2. (Mushchinin V. V.) to provide to department of the government public assistance of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on deputy ministers according to distribution of obligations.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.

Changes to the Technique of calculation of comprehensive income of family for all types of the public assistance

1. In Item 5:

1.1. State subitem 5.3 in such edition:

"5. 3) grants, pensions, the help (except part of the help in case of the birth of the child which payment is performed disposable, parts of the help in case of adoption of the child which payment is performed disposable, the help on burial, the one-time help which is provided according to the legislation or according to decisions of executive bodies and local self-government, the companies, organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership), the help for study which is directly received by person from the company, organization or the organization, except for the means obtained on the terms of the loan or the credits and monthly compensation payments. At the same time the comprehensive income does not join appropriate assistance for which purpose the comprehensive income is calculated.
