1. Establish rates for the heat energy released by the republican unitary enterprises of power industry of the national production association of power industry Belenergo on border of balance sheet accessory of thermal networks:
1.1. in the amount of the 75th 719, the 6th ruble for 1 Gcal for:
the organizations performing operation of housing stock;
organizations of citizens builders, partnerships of owners;
the organizations having apartment houses in property (economic maintaining, operational management) and performing leave of heat energy for needs of the population;
religious organizations;
the organizations of health care (their structural and (or) separate divisions) providing medical care in stationary conditions; proteznoortopedichesky recovery centers and their structural and (or) separate divisions;
1.2. in the amount of the 240th 000, 0 rubles for 1 Gcal for the organizations specified in paragraphs the second or fourth subitem 1.1 of this Item regarding the heat energy which is subject to payment in cases:
