1. Approve the Technique of normative money value of lands of nonagricultural appointment (except lands of settlements) which is applied.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 30, 1997 No. 525 "About the Technique of normative money value of lands of nonagricultural appointment (except lands of settlements)" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 23, page 87);
Item of 2 changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 23, 1995 No. 213 and of May 30, 1997 No. 525, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 5, 2004 No. 843 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 27, the Art. 1782).
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2013.
