About strengthening of social protection of number of categories of the population

Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of strengthening of social protection of number of categories of the population and increase in the state care of them I decide:

1. Since December 1, 2011 to establish the size of monthly social benefits as it is provided below:

1.1. benefit to guardians (custodians) of the children who lost parents and deprived of parent care - 45 manats;

1.2. benefit to the needy families having the child aged up to one year - 40 manats;

1.3. benefit to children of persons of number of categories aged up to 16 years (for getting internal education in educational institutions - up to 18 years):

1.3.1. to children of shekhid - 15 manats;

1.3.2. to children of disabled veterans, persons which became disabled people during the events on January 20, the parents who became disabled people of I and II groups or the dead as a result of the Chernobyl accident and also to the children of participants of mitigation of consequences of the Chernobyl accident who are on dispansersky accounting - 10 manats.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve the issues following from this Decree.
