About modification of form of the approximate agreement on provision of medium-term loan

1. Make change to Item 5.4 of the Section V of form of the approximate agreement on provision of the medium-term loan approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of 14.01.2011 No. 14 "About approval of document forms for provision of medium-term loans" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 31.01.2011 for No. 129/18867, having added it with paragraphs of such content:
"In case of provision of calculations by local financial bodies concerning need of the direction of additional resources for ensuring timely salary payment to employees of budgetary institutions which completely contain at the expense of local budgets the Ministry of Finance can approve continuation of debt repayment of last years according to loans with charges, including interest-free, till April 1 of the year coming for reporting within the amount of overfulfillment of annual settlement amount of basket of the income.
Repayment of such debt within the overfulfillment amount in the next budget period is performed by transfer within the I quarter into the single treasurer income account of the general fund of the corresponding local budgets using the standard rate to outstanding amount, due for settlement.
