According to subitem 4.3.8 of subitem 4.3 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 12.05.2011 No. 581, the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 25.12.96 No. 1548 "About establishment of powers of executive bodies and executive bodies of city councils concerning price regulation (rates)" and recommendations of International Civil Aviation Organization (_KAO) I ORDER:

1. Make changes to Airport charges for the servicing of aircrafts and passengers at the airports of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of 14.04.2008 No. 433, registered 14.05.2008 for No. 408/15099, having been reworded as follows appendix 6 the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine it (is applied).

2. To the public air service of Ukraine:

2.1. Provide submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure on state registration.

2.2. Bring this order to permission of heads of airlines of civil aviation of Ukraine for use in work.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Efimenko K. O.
