About new edition of the Single commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of custom union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union

For the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of obligations of the state members of the Customs union following from the International convention about the Harmonized commodity description and coding system and according to Item 7 of the Decision Mezhgossoveta No. 18, the Commission of the Customs union solved EurAsEC (The Supreme body of the Customs union) at the level of heads of states of November 27, 2009:

1. Approve:

the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and to establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix 1);

The inventory and rates to which during the transition period the Republic of Kazakhstan applies the rates of import customs duties other than rates of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix 2).

2. This Decision becomes effective on January 1, 2012.
