1. Approve the Instruction for registration of materials about administrative offenses which is attached.

2. Grant the right to constitute protocols on administrative offenses for violations, the stipulated in Article 188-41 Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses:

to the director of the department of registration and systematization of legal acts, the deputy director of Department - the head of department of state registration of regulatory legal acts and deputy chief of this Management, chiefs and deputy chiefs, the chief and leading experts of structural divisions of this Management;

to chiefs and deputy chiefs of interregional managements of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, heads and deputy managers of structural divisions, the chief and leading experts who perform state registration of regulatory legal acts, data of managements;
