According to Item 2 of the Section I of the Law of Ukraine of 17.02.2011 No. 3045-VI "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine of rather road and transport incidents and payment of insurance indemnity", Items 5, of the 6th Section I of the Law of Ukraine of 05.07.2011 No. 3565-VI "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning elimination of excessive state regulation in the field of motor transportations" and Item of 1 part one of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services" State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine DECIDED:
1. Approve Regulations on features of the conclusion of agreements of compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles which are applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of 11.04.2006 No. 5619 "About approval of the Regulations on features of the conclusion of agreements of compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 04.05.2006 for No. 515/12389.
3. To submit to department of standards of regulation and supervision of financial institutions together with department of legal providing this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
