About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the state statistics"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 12, 2002 N 441-II "About the state statistics" (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2002, N 12, Art. 219; Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2005, N 12, Art. 415; 2010, N 9, Art. 333) following changes and amendments:

1) in Article 5:

add with part one of the following content:

"Authorized body of the state statistics is the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the statistics";

"Article 5-1. Authorized body of the state statistics

Authorized body of the state statistics:

develops and performs single policy in the field of the state statistics, provides effective system of its organization;

performs coordination and functional regulation in the field of the state statistics;

develops, claims and implements single statistical methodology and forms of the state statistical observations;

approves forms of departmental statistical observations of bodies of the public and economic board:

provides efficiency, reliability and objectivity of statistics, performs measures for expansion of availability, transparency and openness of statistical information;

keeps the Unified state register of enterprises and organizations;

develops and adopts in accordance with the established procedure regulatory legal acts in the field of the state statistics;

signs in accordance with the established procedure agreements on cooperation with bodies of statistics of other states and the international statistical organizations.
