since September 15, 2012 the tariff quotas on import of beef, pork or bird which are not used for August 1, 2012 based on statements of the participants of foreign trade activity who received part of the tariff quotas on import of beef, pork or bird till August 1, 2012 in proportion to the declared amounts;
