in the resolution:

to add the name and Item 1 of the Procedure for maintaining the register of subjects of managing which perform wholesale trade by alcohol cognac based on the license for production of the cognac and alcoholic beverages on cognac technology approved by the specified resolution after words "cognac alcohol" with the words "and to fruit";
the name and the text of the Procedure for maintaining the register of subjects of managing which perform import, export of alcohol cognac, approved by the specified resolution, after words of "cognac alcohol" to add with the words "and fruit".
