About modification of the Procedure for application of guarantees of non-proliferation of nuclear weapon

According to the Regulations on the State inspection of nuclear regulation of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 06.04.2011 No. 403, for the purpose of enhancement of the procedure of accomplishment of international agreements about application of guarantees and cooperation in the field of peaceful use of nuclear energy I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Procedure for application of guarantees of non-proliferation of nuclear weapon approved by the order of the State committee of nuclear regulation of Ukraine of 02.07.2009 No. 102, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 23.07.2009 for No. 683/16699, such changes:

1.1. In Item 2.2 of the Section II of the word "Mintoplivenergo, Ministry of Emergency Situations" shall be replaced with words "Minenergougol of Ukraine, the State agency of Ukraine on management of exclusion zone".

1.2. To add Item 3.2 of the Section III after the words "special inspection checks" with words ", including undeclared inspections".

1.3. In Item 3.7 of the Section III:

to replace figures and the word "24 hours" with figure and the word "2 hours";

add Item with the new paragraph of such content:

"In case of application of undeclared inspection and absence of the inspector Gosatomregulirovaniya of Ukraine the message on inspection is provided by the inspector of IAEA directly to the subject's representative.".

1.4. In Item 4.1 of the Section IV:

the paragraph one after the word "person" to add with words of "administrative board which has sufficient powers";

the fourth after the words "according to the written notice of Gosatomregulirovaniya" to add the paragraph with the words "or IAEA in case of undeclared inspection".
