About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About transactions with raw materials supplied by the customer in the external economic relations"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About transactions with raw materials supplied by the customer in the external economic relations" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, No. 6, the Art. 40) such changes:

1. In Article 1:

to exclude the paragraph of the sixth;

in paragraph seven:

shall be replaced with words the words "according to the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity" "according to UKT foreign trade activities";

add with the offer of such content: "Taking into account technological features of conversion the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on representation of the central executive body concerning economic policy can carry to transactions with raw materials supplied by the customer in the external economic relations separate transaction types if there is no change of code according to UKT foreign trade activities".

2. In Article 7:

in parts one of the word and figure "belonging to transactions with raw materials supplied by the customer, specified in paragraph six of article 1 of this Law" shall be replaced with words also in figure "belonging to transactions with raw materials supplied by the customer in the external economic relations specified in paragraph seven of article 1 of this Law";

in word part two "in paragraph six" shall be replaced with words "in paragraph seven".

3. In the text of the Law of the word "Ministry of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine" in all cases shall be replaced with words "the central executive body concerning economic policy" in the corresponding case.

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the day following behind day of its publication.
