About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan
In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 30, 2011 "About the forecast of the main macroeconomic indicators and parameters of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2012" and for the purpose of further strengthening of the stimulating salary role the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-1675:
1. Take into consideration that since January 1, 2012 the initial grade of the Single scale of charges in compensation establishes the first category about one - temporary cancellation of the zero category and preserving the operating tariff coefficients, and also procedure for determination of the tariff charges (official pay rates) proceeding from minimum wage.
2. Grant the right to the self-supporting companies and the organizations using the Single scale of charges on compensation as basis for the organization of compensation of workers, to establish the increased tariff coefficients of the Single scale of charges, proceeding from financial opportunities and results of economic activity.
3. Make changes to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments in week time to review departmental regulatory legal acts on work regulation, proceeding from the provisions established by this resolution.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R.S.Azimov.
