About modification and amendments in some resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of 01.02.2012 No. 29
1.2. the paragraph third item 4 of the Regulations on the tender "The Best Legal Advice Bureau of Regional, Minsk City Bar" approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of November 28, 2005 No. 61 (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 195, 8/13551), to state in the following edition:
"lack of reasonable complaints concerning lawyers, the manager of legal advice bureau, including the notes made in the book and offers;";
1.3. in Item 1 of the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of March 10, 2009 No. 23 "About some questions of application to lawyers of measures of disciplinary responsibility" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 69, 8/20610):
