1. Approve Regulations on the manager of legal advice bureau it (is applied).
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 26, 2005 No. 55 "About approval of the Regulations on the chairman of regional, Minsk city, Specialized Belarusian Bar and Regulations on the manager of legal advice bureau of regional, Minsk city Bar" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 176, 8/13343);
subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of December 6, 2011 No. 278 "About modification and amendments in some resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 11, 8/24693).
