About modification and amendments in the Law on the budget of the national social insurance for 2011 No. 54 of March 31, 2011

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

In the Law on the budget of the national social insurance for 2011 No. 54 of March 31, 2011 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, No. 63-64, of the Art. 153), to make the following changes and addition:

1. In Article of 1 figure "9162420,5" and "9343187,"" to replace respectively with figures of "9122778,7" and "9303545,2".

2. In Article 13:

part (to state 2) in the following edition:

"(2) the Temporary disability benefits caused by general disease or accident, not work-related of benefit on motherhood to persons working according to the individual employment contract and benefits on motherhood are estimated and paid to the spouses who are dependent on the working spouses in the place of the main work according to the Law on temporary disability benefits and other benefits of the national social insurance No. 289-XV of July 22, 2004.";

"(21) the Temporary disability benefits financed from the budget of the national social insurance and benefits on motherhood are paid for the account of the fees of compulsory national social insurance paid by the employer to the budget of the national social insurance.".
