Art. 3. - The list of the stipulated by the legislation funds of compulsory medical insurance which are based on programs and subprogrammes is provided in appendix 2.
Art. 4. - (1) the Fee of compulsory medical insurance estimated as a percentage of the salary and other payments for categories of the payers specified in appendix 1 to the Law on the size, procedure and payment due dates of fees of compulsory medical insurance No. 1593-XV of December 26, 2002 is established in the amount of % 7,0 (on % 3,5 for each category, including for the worker and the employer).
(2) the Fee of compulsory medical insurance estimated in the form of fixed amount in absolute value for categories of the payers specified in appendix 2 to the Law No. 1593-XV of December 26, 2002 is established in the amount of 2 982 lei.
