About modification of the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of 25.10.2011 No. 162
According to article 14 of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 10.05.93 No. 46-93 "About standardization and certification" and the Regulations on the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 31.05.2011 No. 634, for the purpose of step-by-step implementation of requirements of the Technical regulation of rather medical products I ORDER:
1. Item 2 of the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of 25.10.2011 No. 162 "About approval of Changes to the List of products which are subject to obligatory certification in Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 17.11.2011 for No. 1309/20047, to state in such edition:
"2. This order becomes effective from 01:01. 2012, except Item 1 of Changes to the List of products which are subject to obligatory certification in Ukraine, approved by this order, regarding exception of the Section 8 "Medical equipment" which becomes effective from 01.01.2013".
2. To provide to department of technical regulation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To provide to the state company "Ukrainian Nauchnoissledovatelsky and Training Center of Problems of Standardization, Certification and Quality" after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine its publication in the next edition of the monthly information index "Standards".
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of economic development and trade Ukrainyrukovoditel of Pavlenko V. P. device.
