1. Approve enclosed:

Rules of determination and application by the guaranteeing suppliers of the non-regulated prices of electrical energy (capacity);

changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the 1st following after month of its official publication.

The fourth and fifth Item 4, the paragraph two of Item 11 and Item 12 Edited paragraphs, approved by this resolution, the Section I of appendix to the specified Rules, paragraph two of the subitem "b" of Item of 3 changes approved by this resolution are applied till April 1, 2012.
