About approval of Regulations of establishment of availability or lack of ozone-depleting substances in goods which are planned to import or export

According to the subitem "an" of the subitem 3 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 13.04.2011 No. 452, I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations of establishment of availability or lack of ozone-depleting substances in goods which are planned to import or export it (is added).

2. (Averin D. G.) to submit to management of the state environmental monitoring the order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and after state registration to bring this order to permission of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, the State Customs Service of Ukraine, the State ecological inspection of Ukraine.

3. To provide to management of the state environmental monitoring consideration of addresses from subjects of managing and preparation:

approvals about availability of ozone-depleting substances and feasibility of their import or export if to import or export the ozone-depleting substances and goods containing them are planned;

confirmations of lack of ozone-depleting substances if goods which are planned to import or export do not contain ozone-depleting substances.
