About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on compensation No. 847-XV of February 14, 2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, No. 50-52, of the Art. 336), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and addition:

1. In Article 2 in determination of the concept "tariff charge" the word", month" to exclude.

Art. II. - In the Labor code of the Republic of Moldova No. 154-XV of March 28, 2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, No. 159-162, of the Art. 648), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:
