About establishment of seasonal restrictions of weight and loads of axes of vehicles, in case of their movement on highways public

According to article 14 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan", the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1) For the purpose of non-admission of destructions of coverings of highways public to set seasonal restriction of weight and loads of axes in case of movement on highways public (further seasonal restriction) specified in appendix 1 in the following procedure:

- annually from May 1 to August 31 movement of vehicles with load of single axis no more than 6 tons on highways with asphalt covering in the afternoon days is allowed from 10-00 till 20-00 in case of the daytime temperature of air over 25 degrees of heat;

- for other highways public which are not specified in appendix 1, load of single axis no more than 8 tons are established.

2) to Approve maximum amounts of adjacent axial mass of vehicles, admissible when driving through highways during the seasonal period, according to appendix 2.

3) the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan to take adequate measures on informing the governments of foreign states on the set restrictions.

4) to the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- notify through mass media of users of highways on terms of seasonal restrictions of weight and loads of axes of vehicles;

- establish constant control behind highways public and if necessary to make offers on additional restriction of weight and load of axes of vehicles on certain sections of roads and road constructions, and also the lifting of restrictions determined by seasonal restrictions on measure of readiness of roads and road constructions;
