About approval of Rules of registration of passports of foreign citizens and sample of the form of registration

According to article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About legal status of foreign citizens in the Republic of Tajikistan" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve Rules of registration of passports of foreign citizens and sample of the form of registration according to appendices No. 1 and No. 2.

2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- provide production of forms of registration of foreign citizens at the expense of special means of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- establish the amount of payment for services in registration of passports of foreign citizens and to prolongation of term of registration of passports of foreign citizens in coordination with Anti-monopoly service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- provide execution of this resolution by divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. Determine that earlier issued forms of registration are effective before expiration of registration of the passport of the foreign citizen or the extended validity of registration of the passport of the foreign citizen.

4. Enact this resolution 1 month later after its acceptance.
