3. To department of economy and finance (Yarovaya E. V.):
provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
bring this order to permission of heads of the central executive bodies whose activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine, and structural divisions of Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources of Ukraine in ten-day time after its state registration.
