1) list and reporting frequency professional and auditing organizations;

2) form of the annual report on administrative board of the professional organization;

3) form of the annual report on the number of the auditors and auditing organizations which entered (disposed) the professional organization;

4) form of the annual report on the carried-out external control of quality by the professional organization;

5) form of the annual report on carrying out professional development course of auditors and issue of certificates;

6) report form about auditing organizations;

7) report form about passing of external control of quality by auditing organization;

8) report form on the main indicators of activities of auditing organization;
