About approval of document forms for the purposes of application of separate forms of customs control

1. Approve forms of the following documents for the purposes of application of separate forms of customs control:

orders on customs examination (the appendix N 1 to the Order);

notifications on carrying out customs examination (appendix N 2 to the Order);

requirements about presentation of goods (appendix N 3 to the Order);

requirements about carrying out transactions for goods and vehicles (appendix N 4 to the Order);

act of customs observation (appendix N 5 to the Order);

additional leaf to the act of customs observation (the appendix N 6 to the Order).

2. To provide to chiefs of regional customs authorities, customs and customs posts studying and application of the enclosed document forms by officials of subordinate customs authorities when implementing customs control.

3. To head department of information technologies (A. E. Shashayev) and GNIVTS of FCS of Russia (V. V. Padzhev) to finish software of the Single automated information system of customs authorities for the purpose of forming and printout of the document forms approved by this Order and also their use in case of declaration of goods and vehicles electronically.
