1. In partial change of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 23, 2006 N 795 "About approval of rates of export customs duties on the goods which are exported from the territory of the Russian Federation out of limits of the State Parties of agreements on the Customs union, and recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 1, Art. 254; 2009, N 4, Art. 512; N 51, of Art. 6319; 2010, N 47, Art. 6118; 2011, N 45, the Art. 6403) to establish rate of export customs duty on the nickel which is not alloyed (the FEACN CU code 7502 10 000 0) which is exported from the territory of the Russian Federation out of limits of the State Parties of agreements on the Customs union in the amount of, equal 1245, the 5th US dollar for ton.

For the purposes of application of the specified rate of export customs duty the goods are determined only by the FEACN CU code. The description of goods is given only for convenience of use.

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 5, 2012.
