Exclude from rates of export customs duties on the goods exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of the State Parties of the agreements on the Customs union approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 6, 2012 N 88 (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, N 7, the Art. 869), the line item classified by the FEACN CU code 7502 10 000 0.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 3, 2012 N 74 "About establishment of rate of export customs duty on the nickel which is not alloyed, exported out of limits of the State Parties of agreements on the Customs union" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, N 7, the Art. 859).

4. This resolution extends to the legal relationship which arose since March 5, 2012.
