1. Approve the enclosed list of joint-stock companies which shares are in federal property and are subject to transfer of State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" as property fee of the Russian Federation.

Determine that the shares of additional releases of the open joint stock companies specified in the list approved by Item 1 of this Decree, arriving in property of the Russian Federation after entry into force of this Decree are subject to transfer of State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" as property fee of the Russian Federation based on the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation.

3. Declare invalid the subitem "an" of Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of March 20, 2008 No. 369 "About measures for creation of State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom".

4. To the government of the Russian Federation to perform the actions directed to implementation of this Decree.

5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
