About measures for economy of means of the government budget due to reducing office and motor transport on duty state bodies and local government bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of streamlining and rational use of the budgetary funds allocated for maintenance of the state bodies and local government bodies financed from the government budget of the Kyrgyz Republic, introduction of the mode of tough restriction of use of office and motor transport on duty, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the list of the officials having the right to use services of personal office motor transport, according to appendix 1.

2. Establish:

- limit of number of automobile motor transport on duty for servicing of state bodies (except for special cars) according to appendix 2;

- limit of number of automobile motor transport on duty for servicing of offices of plenipotentiaries of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in areas, local public administrations and local government bodies according to appendix 3;

- the maximum useful life of automobile office motor transport of state bodies, local government bodies and budgetary institutions - 7 years from the date of acquisition of motor transport.

3. Prohibit state bodies and local government bodies use of office and motor transport on duty:

- on the purposes which are not connected with execution of direct functional obligations by officials of state bodies, local government bodies including in days off and holidays, and also in time off;

- for servicing of members of families of heads of state bodies and local government bodies.
