1. Approve the enclosed "Procedure for forming of the List of the medicines permitted to import and application in medical practice in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic".

2. To the CEO ДЛОиМТ (Kurmanov R. A.) provide:

- annual review of the List taking into account requirement and epidemiological situation in the Kyrgyz Republic;

- quality control of the imported medicines according to the approved List.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Mambetov K. B.
